Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Guruji Astro Vision, we are committed to providing deep, time-intensive, and highly personalized Vedic astrological services. Because our services require significant preparation, chart calculation, and dedicated time from Guruji, we adhere to a strict refund policy.

1. No Refund Policy All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for any of our services once a booking is confirmed and payment is made. This applies to all consultation modes, including:

  • Online Sessions (Zoom/WhatsApp)
  • Direct Visits (Face-to-Face)
  • Q&A Reports (PDF/Audio)

By completing your payment and securing a time slot, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund.

2. Payment Processing (Razorpay) All payments on our website are processed securely via the Razorpay payment gateway.

  • Failed Transactions: If your money is deducted from your bank account but the booking fails or shows as “pending” due to a technical network issue, Razorpay automatically initiates a refund for the failed transaction. This amount is typically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days by your bank.
  • Disputes: Any chargebacks or disputes raised fraudulently after a service has been rendered will be contested with evidence of the delivered consultation or report.

3. Rescheduling While we do not offer refunds, we understand that emergencies happen. If you cannot attend your scheduled Online Session or Direct Visit, you may request a one-time rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made via our official WhatsApp number (+91 7667788899) at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
  • If you miss your appointment without prior notice (No-Show), the session is considered forfeited, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.

4. Contact for Payment Issues If you experience any technical errors during the checkout process with Razorpay, please reach out to us immediately at gurujiastrologyvision@gmail.com. Include your transaction ID so we can quickly verify the status with our payment gateway.
